I’ve been meaning to go to the great chase for a while but it never worked out. I’ve finally grabbed a Saturday night reservation. The place was hopping but the service was immaculate! I really enjoyed the experience. For two people, we ordered the lamb croquettes and charred broccolinis as apps, the Wellington as main, and shared the chocolate mousse for dessert. The lemon twist deserves a paragraph of its own. Would definitely recommend a reservation as all tables were full. Sarah Bouyabes I had a wonderful experience at The Great Chase. The lamb roast was tender and flavorful, while the dry-aged beef was simply exceptional — rich, perfectly cooked, and full of depth.
