These Seller Terms apply to sellers who list products or services for sale through Mudiera.

Seller responsibilities

• Provide accurate listings, pricing, and availability.
• Fulfill orders promptly and communicate clearly with buyers.
• Handle returns and refunds in line with your stated policies and applicable law.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including consumer, tax, and product safety rules.

Prohibited items and behavior

Sellers must not list prohibited items or engage in fraudulent, misleading, or abusive conduct.

Payments and fees

• Payouts may be facilitated via Stripe Connect.
• Platform fees, processing fees, and payout timing may apply.

Disputes

Sellers should work in good faith to resolve buyer issues. Mudiera may assist with dispute resolution where appropriate.
