Who we are

Mudiera provides a marketplace and related features that connect buyers and independent sellers.

Accounts

• You are responsible for the information you provide and for maintaining your account security.
• You must not use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.

Marketplace role

• Sellers are responsible for their listings, pricing, product information, shipping, and customer support.
• Buyers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and complying with seller policies.

User content

• You are responsible for content you post or upload.
• We may remove content that violates our policies or applicable law.

Payments

• Payments may be processed using Stripe and Stripe Connect.
• Fees, refunds, and chargebacks are handled according to applicable policies and payment provider rules.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is misuse, risk, or a policy violation.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Mudiera is not responsible for the quality or legality of items sold by sellers.
